RELATING TO REBUILT VEHICLES.
Expands the definition of "rebuilt vehicle" to include vehicles that have been rebuilt after flood damage and material damage to the vehicle's electronics.  (HB270 HD1)

RELATING TO CROSSWALKS.
Requires the Department of Transportation to establish a Community Crosswalks Pilot Program to design and implement specially painted crosswalks in neighborhoods.  Appropriates funds for the pilot program.  Creates a Community Crosswalks Pilot Program Special Fund.  (HB305 HD1)

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.
Prohibits any vehicle, except a low-range, four-wheel drive vehicle, from being driven through or in Waipio Valley, except under certain circumstances.  (HB529 HD1)

RELATING TO ELECTRIC GUNS.
Authorizes law enforcement officers of the Department of Transportation to use electric guns while performing their duties.  Requires law enforcement officers of DOT to be accredited by June 30, 2024, for the use of electric guns.  (HB1176 HD1)
