The purpose of this informational briefing is to discuss the results of the University of Hawaii Financial and Compliance Audit, which was taken up by the Board of Regents Committee on Independent Audit on January 17, 2019. The briefing will also evaluate the university’s long-term lease agreements with entities, including the Atherton Master Lease between the University of Hawaii Foundation Atherton Student Housing LLC and the University of Hawaii.
