Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds and the deposit of the proceeds into to the Rental Housing Revolving Fund for construction of low-income housing. HB820 HD1 (HSCR1031) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO HOUSING. Appropriates funds for the fiscal biennium 2019-2021 operating budget of agencies under the purview of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Housing.  (HB820 HD1)	HOU, WAM [Measure deleted on 3/15/19]
