Provides to a taxpayer who hires an individual with a disability a nonrefundable tax credit for the 6-month period after the individual is initially hired by the taxpayer.

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Provides to a taxpayer who hires an elderly individual a nonrefundable tax credit for the 6-month period after the individual is initially hired by the taxpayer.

RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT.

Requires the agency or appropriate court that receives an income withholding request from an obligee to enter an order requiring the obligor's place of employment to classify the obligor as an employee for payroll or accounting purposes in order to become subject to withholding provided that the obligor receives income on a periodic basis and becomes delinquent in making payments under a support order in an amount at least equal to the support payable for three months.

      Status & Testimony

RELATING TO ON-SITE EARLY CHILDHOOD FACILITIES.

Establishes an income tax credit for employers who create on-site early childhood facilities.  Establishes and appropriates funds for 1.0 FTE on-site early childhood facility coordinator position.  Applies to taxable years beginning after 12/31/2019.
