RELATING TO HOUSING.

Requires approval of a permit application submitted by a housing development project that uses moneys from the rental housing revolving fund if a county does not issue a decision on the application within thirty days.  Exempts the foregoing projects from environmental impact statement requirements.  (HB1403 HD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Establishes a three-year livestock wastewater treatment pilot program within HDOA for the application of the Ydro Process to livestock wastewater treatment facilities.  Requires HDOA to report to the legislature before the regular session of 2022.  Appropriates funds.  (HB1507 HD1)

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Appropriates funds to establish a foreign agriculture small equipment pilot program to identify efficient agriculture equipment and retrofit engines to meet the United States Environmental Protection Agency's standards.  (HB782 HD1)

Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  Testimony should indicate:

·    Testifier's name with position/title and organization;

·    The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;

·    The date and time of the hearing; and

·    Measure number. 

 

While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
