RELATING TO MEDICAL CANNABIS PRODUCTS. Simplifies the list of manufactured cannabis products that may be manufactured and distributed by dispensaries. RELATED TO THE PRACTICE OF BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS. Exempts certain teachers working in collaboration with a licensed behavior analyst or licensed psychologist from behavior analyst licensing requirements. Clarifies that the licensure exemption for registered behavior technicians applies to those working under the direction of a licensed behavior analyst or licensed psychologist. (SB341 HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTHY BEVERAGES FOR CHILDREN. Requires restaurants that sell children's meals that include a beverage to make the default beverage a healthy beverage. (SB549 HD1)

Adds unlicensed sale of liquor and unlicensed manufacture of liquor as offenses for which property is subject to forfeiture and increases the grade of the offense of unlicensed sale of liquor to a class C felony. Amends definitions of "organized crime" and "racketeering activity" to include the unlicensed sale of liquor. (SD1)

RELATING TO REAL ESTATE LICENSES. Requires a high school education or its equivalent as a condition for new applicants to obtain a license as a real estate broker or real estate salesperson. (SB770 HD1)

RELATING TO EDUCATION. Defines, for the purpose of compulsory education, a private school to be an education institution that teaches kindergarten through grade twelve and that is licensed or accredited by specified licensing or accrediting organizations. (SB980 HD1)

RELATING TO ELECTRIC VEHICLES. Prohibits the issuance of building permits pursuant to an application initiated on or after January 1, 2020, for all new residential multi-family buildings that have ten or more parking stalls and new commercial buildings that have twenty or more parking stalls unless at least twenty per cent of the parking stalls are electric vehicle charger ready, subject to superseding county ordinances.
