RELATING TO AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Appropriates funds for the fiscal biennium 2019-2021 operating budget of Agribusiness Development Corporation (ADC).  Requires the Auditor to conduct a management and financial audit of the ADC. Requires ADC to annually report specified information to the Legislature.  (HB1561 HD1)

Establishes linked investments to provide loan funds for agriculture and authorizes the State to invest in linked investments.  (HB530 HD1)
