"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF A TERM, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT COVERING A PORTION OF STATE SUBMERGED LANDS AT SPRECKELSVILLE, WAILUKU, MAUI, FOR THE EXISTING SEAWALL AND BOULDER REVETMENT AND FOR USE, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE OF THE EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED THEREON,"
