     Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred H.R. No. 136 entitled:

"HOUSE RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE TO ISSUE A COMMEMORATIVE POSTAGE STAMP IN HONOR OF ALFRED AHOLO APAKA,"

The purpose of this measure is to request the United States Postal Service to issue a commemorative postage stamp in honor of Alfred Aholo Apaka.

Your committee on Finance has amended this measure by making technical, non-substantive amendments for clarity and style.

     As affirmed by the record of votes of the members of your Committee on Finance that is attached to this report, your Committee concurs with the intent and purpose of H.R. No. 136 and recommends its adoption.
