Your Committee on Energy & Environmental Protection, to which was referred H.C.R. No. 198 entitled:

"HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LEGISLATURE TO CONVENE A WORKING GROUP TO DISCUSS THE ECONOMIC GROWTH POTENTIAL OF INVESTING IN GREEN INDUSTRY INITIATIVES,"

The purpose of this measure is to request the Legislature to convene a working group to discuss the economic growth potential of investing in Green Industry Initiatives, including solutions to climate change for Hawaii.
