HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2019.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirtieth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2019, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2019 are hereby determined to be the 21st, 22nd, 25th, 26th, and 27th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2019 shall be recessed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2019 are hereby determined to be the 23rd and 25th days of January, the 4th and 6th days of March, the 8th, 10th, and 29th days of April, and the 1st day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2019 shall be recessed.
