SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT
FLOOR AMENDMENT NO. Date April 30, 2019
SECTION 1. House Bill No. 1547, H.D. 2, S.D. 3, C.D. 1, is amended by:
(1) Deleting Section 1;
(2) Amending Section 2 to read as follows: "There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $4,000,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 for athletics at the University of Hawaii.
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the University of Hawaii for the purposes of this Act."; and
(3) Making technical, nonsubstantive amendments for clarity, consistency, and style.
