A BILL FOR AN ACT
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2019-2020:
1. To be expended by the department of education:
A. Aiea high school, Oahu
Design and construction to regrade a hillside; and ground and site improvements.

Construction $300,000
Total funding $600,000
B. Gustav H. Webling elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction to resurface the parking lot; and ground and site improvements.
Design $300,000
Construction $300,000
Total funding $600,000
C. Gustav H. Webling elementary school, Oahu
Design, construction, and equipment to expand the administration and library buildings; ground and site improvements; and equipment and appurtenances.
Design $800,000
Construction $6,650,000
Equipment $50,000
Total funding $7,500,000
D. Gustav H. Webling elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction for campus-wide covered walkways; ground and site improvements; and equipment and appurtenances.
Design $100,000
Construction $900,000
Total funding $1,000,000
E. Pearl Ridge elementary school, Oahu
Construction to replace the grease traps in building G; and equipment and appurtenances.
Construction $108,000
Total funding $108,000
F. Pearl Ridge elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction for a new portable classroom; ground and site improvements; and equipment and appurtenances.
Design $100,000
Construction $300,000
Total funding $400,000
SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective capital projects set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the designated expending agency for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2019.
