RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS. Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation, in any state educational program or activity, or in any educational program or activity that receives state financial assistance. Requires the Hawaii civil rights commission to report to the legislature. Takes effect on 1/1/2020. (SD2)
