RELATING TO THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE HAWAII STATE CAPITOL. Appropriates funds to the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to fund celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the Hawaii state capitol. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO LICENSING. Clarifies that the licensing requirements for hearing aid dealers and fitters shall not apply to audiologists licensed pursuant to chapter 468E, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Clarifies that to be eligible for licensure as an audiologist, a person shall not be required to also be licensed as a hearing aid dealer and fitter. (SD1)

RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE. Authorizes a naturopathic physician to prescribe and administer testosterone that is consistent with naturopathic medical practice. Clarifies that narcotic drugs and controlled substances, other than testosterone, shall not be included within the naturopathic formulary. Effective July 1, 2035. (SD2)

RELATING TO THE KING KAMEHAMEHA CELEBRATION COMMISSION. Appropriates moneys to the department of accounting and general services to establish one full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position for the executive director of the King Kamehameha Celebration Commission. Appropriates moneys to fund the costs incurred by the annual King Kamehameha day celebration events. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
