RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.

Expands the scope of the condominium education trust fund to cover voluntary binding arbitration between interested parties.  Amends the conditions that mandate mediation and exceptions to mandatory mediation.  Makes conforming amendments.  Sunsets 6/30/2023.  (SD1)

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Appropriates funds for laptop computers or tablets to be used by teachers and students for digital teaching and learning.  Appropriates funds for after-school programs at Kalanianaole Elementary and Intermediate School, Kapaa Middle School, Konawaena Middle School, and Waimea Canyon Middle School.  Takes effect 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS.

Excludes from the definition of "public lands" lands set aside by the governor to the Hawaii public housing authority or lands to which the Hawaii public housing authority in its corporate capacity holds title.  Requires legislative approval of the sale or gift of lands set aside by the governor to the Hawaii public housing authority or lands to which the Hawaii public housing authority in its corporate capacity holds title.  Takes effect on 01/01/2050.  (SD1)
