RELATING TO VECTOR CONTROL.

Appropriates moneys for twelve permanent full-time equivalent positions in the vector control branch of the department of health.

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Requires the department of education to develop a plan to teach digital citizenship and media literacy in grades kindergarten through twelve in public schools, including charter schools and Hawaiian language immersion schools.  Requires the department of education to convene an advisory committee to make recommendations on best practices for purposes of developing and implementing the plan.  Requires an annual report to legislature.  (SD1)

RELATING TO ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY.

Establishes the address confidentiality program to help survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking to relocate and keep the location of their physical address confidential.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2019.  (SD1)

RELATING TO HOUSING.

Establishes the home ownership housing revolving fund to provide loans and grants for the development of affordable for-sale housing projects.  Makes an appropriation into and out of the fund.  (SD1)
