RELATING TO MEMORIALS.

Appropriates funds for the planning and design of a memorial to honor service members of the recent conflicts in the Persian Gulf, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the various theaters of the Global War on Terrorism, to be located at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe on the island of Oahu, and replicas of the memorial to be located at state veterans cemeteries statewide.

RELATING TO PEARL HARBOR REMEMBRANCE DAY.

Establishes each December 7 of each year as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

Appropriates moneys for the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts to establish an Arts in the Military Program.

Promotes the space industry in Hawaii by creating an international moon base alliance to provide recommendations and guidance for the establishment of an evolvable lunar architecture on the Big Island of Hawaii and to plan a development summit.
