RELATING TO MOTOR CARRIERS. Amends the fees and penalties for motor carriers. Requires that a percentage of the fees collected be used for expenditures relating to the enforcement of motor carrier laws, including but not limited to expenditures for enforcement personnel. (HB2684 HD1)

RELATING TO ENERGY EFFICIENCY. Creates a revolving line of credit sub-fund of an unspecified amount under the umbrella of the Hawaii green infrastructure special fund for any state agency or department to finance cost-effective energy-efficiency measures. Effective 7/1/2050. (Proposed SD1)
