RELATING TO FAIR SCHEDULING.
Requires employers to provide employees with written notice of the employee's shift schedule at least ten calendar days before the employee is schedule to work, under certain conditions.

RELATING TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.
Makes the state chief information officer subject to hiring and dismissal by the information technology steering committee, rather than the governor, and removes the chief information officer as chair of the information technology steering committee.  Requires the information technology steering committee to elect a chairperson from among themselves.
