RELATING TO ABANDONED VEHICLES. Requires the counties to remove and dispose of abandoned vehicles on public roads within ten business days. Removes the requirement of written notice to the legal and registered owner. Requires the counties to, upon custody, give the legal and registered owner of the vehicle twenty business days to claim the vehicle, unless the vehicle is reported as stolen. Allows the counties to waive the requirement to dispose of the vehicle via public auction. Specifies that if there is no current registration for the vehicle, it is considered "derelict". RELATING TO DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Allows permits that authorize the defendant to operate an employer's vehicle during the period of license revocation to be supported by the employer's sworn statement attesting to the period of the specified assigned hours of work that the defendant will drive the vehicle for purposes of employment.

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY. Requires police departments to disclose to the Legislature the identity of an officer upon the officer's second suspension in a five‑year period or discharge. RELATING TO LIQUOR LICENSES. Requires the liquor commission to streamline procedures to provide for the issuance of temporary licenses for the sale of liquor for a period not to exceed one day for fundraising events by nonprofit organizations. Removes the liquor commission's discretion to take into account other considerations when deciding whether to grant a previously denied, refused, or withdrawn application. (HB2414 HD1)
