RELATING TO WASTEWATER. Authorizes counties to inspect sewer laterals located on private property under certain conditions. Authorizes counties to compel property owners to inspect sewer laterals under certain conditions and to make repairs as necessary. (SD1)

RELATING TO MOTORCYCLES. Authorizes the Department of Transportation under certain conditions to designate shoulders upon which the Department may authorize the driving of motorcycles. (HB2589 HD2)

RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS. Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation, in any state educational program or activity, or in any educational program or activity that receives state financial assistance. Takes effect on 7/1/2019. (SD1)
