RELATING TO ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS. Extends the sunset date of the limited exemption from licensing requirements for electrical contractors who are retained by a public utility within the State to perform high voltage (600 volts or higher) electrical work and are deemed qualified by the public utility. RELATING TO NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE. Authorizes a naturopathic physician to prescribe testosterone consistent with naturopathic medical practice. Clarifies that narcotic drugs shall not be included within the naturopathic formulary. Authorizes the Board of Naturopathic Medicine to discipline a naturopathic physician for violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. (HB1949 HD1)

RELATING TO THE PRACTICE OF PHARMACY. Amends the definition of "practice of pharmacy" to expand the scope of services and specific medications that pharmacists may furnish. (HB1950 HD1)

RELATING TO DENTISTRY. Amends the ethics training requirement for dentists in the continuing education program to be six hours of ethics training within the previous two years.

RELATING TO CITATIONS FOR MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR VIOLATIONS. Authorizes the issuance of a citation for specific violations of the motor vehicle repair laws and rules by licensees. Sets forth a process for licensees to contest the citation and provides for the assessment of fines for each violation.

RELATING TO THE PRACTICE OF BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS. Provides an additional two years for the Department of Education to implement behavior analysis services within Department schools. Makes services available to students, regardless of diagnosis with an autism disorder. (HB2271 HD1)

RELATING TO WIRELESS BROADBAND FACILITIES. Establishes a process to upgrade and support next generation wireless broadband infrastructure throughout the State. Establishes a permitting, application, review, and approval process for wireless service providers to install wireless facilities on state or county owned utility poles, or install associated utility poles, in the right of way. Applies to permit applications filed with the State or county after 12/31/2018.
