SB 1303 Status & Testimony	RELATING TO OFFICE OF HAWAIIAN AFFAIRS ELECTIONS. Changes the method by which candidates for three office of Hawaiian affairs board of trustees at-large seats without residency requirements are elected.	HWN, JDC
