PILI I KA ʻŌLELO HAWAIʻI (RELATING TO HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE)
Appropriates funds to the University of Hawai‘i to translate the Hawai‘i State Constitution into the Hawaiian language. Requires courts to provide Hawaiian language translation services upon request of any party to a proceeding. (Proposed SD1)
