Appropriates funds to the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources cooperative extension service for four full-time ornamental plant extension agents.  (HB1968 HD1)

RELATING TO UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII REVENUE BONDS.

Authorizes the University of Hawaii to issue revenue bonds for the purpose of financing the construction and maintenance of qualifying capital improvement projects.  (HB2005 HD1)

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII PROMISE PROGRAM.

Establishes the University of Hawaii Promise Program to provide scholarships for the unmet direct cost needs of qualified students enrolled at any campus of the University of Hawaii system or any community college campus.  Appropriates funds to establish and implement the program.  Creates a special fund.  (HB2165 HD1)
