HOMELESS SUMMIT I
The Legislature finds that homelessness is one of the State's most significant and challenging social concerns. The mission of this briefing is to identify methods and programs that efficiently and effectively address and reduce homelessness. The methods identified shall work to provide significant benefits for achieving the outcome of empowering Hawaii’s most vulnerable people the homeless; and to expand their capacity for self-sufficiency, self-determination, independence, healthy choices, quality of life, and personal dignity.
