RELATING TO TECHNOLOGY. Creates a Hawaii Innovation and Technology Research Corporation to grow Hawaii's innovation and technology industry to be placed under the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism for administrative purposes. Establishes a board of directors of the Corporation and the powers of the board.
