Status

RELATING TO STATE ENERGY AGENCIES.

Establishes the Office of Clean Energy to assume the duties of the energy resources coordinator, presently the director of the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.  Transfers the functions of the State Energy Office to the Office of Clean Energy.  Appropriates moneys.

Status

RELATING TO HOMEOWNERSHIP.

Changes the annual contribution amount, aggregate contribution amount, and number of taxable months for an individual housing account.  Allows immediate family members to contribute to an individual housing account.  Allows Community Development Financial Institutions to administer individual housing accounts.
