RELATING TO THE HAWAII TOURISM AUTHORITY. Repeals the Hawaii tourism authority's authority to establish an information and education program to inform the public on tourism and tourism-related problems and its authority to encourage the development of tourism educational training and career counseling programs. Makes the salaries of officers, agents, a sports coordinator, and employees in accordance with chapters 76 and 78, HRS.
