RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY. Establishes procedures for an out-of-state individual licensed as a certified public accountant or certain accountancy firms to be granted practice privileges in this State by the board of public accountancy if the licensee or firm meets certain qualifications and requirements for substantial equivalency. Makes conforming amendments to the laws relating to public accountancy to reflect practice privileges. Takes effect on 1/1/2019.

RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS. Requires transient accommodations operators to designate local contacts who are licensed real estate brokers or salespersons.

RELATING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION. Establishes certain disclosure requirements for publishers of video games that contain a system of purchasing a randomized reward.

RELATING TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING ACT. Authorizes a license holder to engage in business at motor vehicle dealer locations that are affiliated by common ownership under the same license. Specifies certain recall reimbursement or repair requirements for manufacturers where a stop-sale, or do-not-drive, order has been issued. Clarifies when certain manufacturer's or dealer's requests or performance standards shall be deemed unreasonable, arbitrary, or unfair. Prohibits a manufacturer or dealer from requiring a dealer to purchase items for a dealership facility in certain circumstances or provide certain information related to customer information, unless certain conditions are met.

RELATING TO VETERINARY MEDICINE. Requires veterinarians, upon request of the owner of an animal, to make available a copy of any prescription that the veterinarian has previously prescribed the animal free of charge.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRS. Prohibits motor vehicle insurers from charging insureds an additional fee for repairs made with original equipment manufacturer parts if the vehicle manufacturer recommends original equipment manufacturer parts.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE. Allows licensed producers of motor vehicle insurers to satisfy the requirement that insurers provide a complete sales and claims office in the State by instead allowing the licensed producer to establish and maintain a sales and claims office.

RELATING TO MINORS. Prohibits persons licensed to provide professional counseling from engaging in, attempting to engage in, or advertising sexual orientation change efforts on persons under 18 years of age.
