RELATING TO THE AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Appropriates moneys to the Agribusiness Development Corporation to identify factors that affect the quality of local papaya and to develop and establish protocols to enhance the marketability of Hawaiian papayas.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD2)
