HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
relating to recess days for the regular session of 2018.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-ninth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2018, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2018 are hereby determined to be the 22nd, 23rd, 26th, 27th, and 28th days of February, on which dates the Regular Session of 2018 shall be recessed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2018 are hereby determined to be the 23rd and 25th days of January, the 7th day of February, the 5th and 7th days of March, the 9th, 11th, and 30th days of April, and the 2nd day of May, on which dates the Regular Session of 2018 shall be recessed.
