A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FIFTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2018-2019:
1. To be expended by the department of education:
A. Honaunau elementary school, Hawaii
Design and construction to replace sliding doors.

B. Honaunau elementary school, Hawaii
Plans, design, and construction for campus-wide repair and maintenance projects to install an ADA ramp, replace walkway rails, extend the parking lot, remove folding doors in the cafeteria, install chain link fencing and security screens, and upgrade the electrical system.

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective capital projects set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the designated expending agency for the purposes of this Act.
