Received message number 11 informing the House that an arbitration award was issued for the Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA) concerning Collective Bargaining Units 3 (White Collar Non-Supervisors) and 4 (White Collar Supervisors) on April 26, 2017, and transmitting a proposed S.B. No. 915, S.D. 1, H.D. 1, C.D. 1, to fund the award.
Received message number 12 informing the House that a tentative agreement with the Hawaii Government Employees Association (HGEA) concerning Collective Bargaining Unit 6 (Educational Officers), was reached on April 27, 2017, and transmitting a proposed S.B.
