DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB1013 (SSCR238) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION. Allows the State Department of Transportation Highways Division to collect an equitable compensation from franchise utility companies for the use of the state right of way.	TRE, WAM
SB657 SD1 (SSCR289) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE RENTAL INDUSTRY. Allows lessors to pass on vehicle license recovery fees that dealers may pass on to customers.  Defines vehicle license recovery fees as government assessed vehicle fees that include motor vehicle weight taxes, fees connected with registration of specially constructed, reconstructed, or rebuilt vehicles; fees connected with registration of special interest vehicles; fees connected with registration of imported vehicles; license plate fees; and any use taxes.  (SD1)	TRE/CPH, WAM
