RELATING TO THE NURSING FACILITY SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM. Continues the nursing facility sustainability program for two years. Appropriates funds out of the nursing facility sustainability program special fund for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE HOSPITAL SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM. Continues the Hospital Sustainability Program for two years. Appropriates funds out of the Hospital Sustainability Program Special Fund for fiscal years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

RELATING TO SCHOOLS. Establishes a service mark licensing agreement program within the department of education and authorizes the department to register service marks for department programs and individual department schools and enter into licensing agreements for their use.
