RELATING TO SCHOOLS.

Establishes a service mark licensing agreement program within the department of education and authorizes the department to register service marks for department programs and individual department schools and enter into licensing agreements for their use.

RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Repeals the Education Research and Development Revolving Fund and transfers the unencumbered balances to the general fund as recommended by the Auditor in Auditor's Report No. 16-11.
