The Committee previously held public hearings on Senate bills that are substantially similar to the following House bills. Please focus your testimony on the differences, if any, between the House and Senate measures listed.
RELATING TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECKS. Adds the Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Departments of Taxation, Human Services, and Labor and Industrial Relations to the list of agencies that are authorized to conduct criminal history record checks on employees, prospective employees, and contractors that have access to federal tax information.
