Prohibits a state agency or program or activity receiving state financial assistance from excluding from participation, denying benefits to, or discriminating against a qualified individual by reason of disability, sex, including gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation.  (HB1489 HD1)

RELATING TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECKS.

Adds the Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Departments of Taxation, Human Services, and Labor and Industrial Relations to the list of agencies that are authorized to conduct criminal history record checks on employees, prospective employees, and contractors that have access to federal tax information.  (HB1031 HD1)

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE, ITS OFFICERS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES.

Makes appropriations for claims against the State, its officers, and its employees.  (HB1022 HD1)
