Requires DLNR to submit proposed legislation to the legislature by the 2019 regular session including a definition of "sustainable", a policy for sustainable collection practices of near shore aquatic life, and limits on collection.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PRESERVING CORAL REEFS.

Prohibits the use or application of sunscreen, sunblock, or cosmetic containing oxybenzone while on a beach or in the ocean.

RELATING TO ANIMAL CRUELTY.

Amends the offense of cruelty to animals in the first degree to include indigenous birds.
