SB1218 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO STATUTORY REVISION:  AMENDING VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE HAWAII REVISED STATUTES AND THE SESSION LAWS OF HAWAII FOR THE PURPOSES OF CORRECTING ERRORS AND REFERENCES, CLARIFYING LANGUAGE, AND DELETING OBSOLETE OR UNNECESSARY PROVISIONS. Amends various provisions of the Hawaii Revised Statutes and the Session Laws of Hawaii for the purposes of correcting errors and references, clarifying language, and deleting obsolete or unnecessary provisions. SB675 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT. Clarifies the grounds under which an employer may take employment action without committing a discriminatory practice.  Takes effect on 1/1/2018.	JDL [Measure added on 2/22/2017]
