Allows courts to authorize a person or entity other than an officer to provide technical assistance in executing a search warrant that pertains to an electronic device or storage media.

RELATING TO TELECOMMUTING.

Establishes a temporary telecommuting task force to develop incentives and recommendations to encourage and expand telecommuting opportunities in the public and private sectors.
