RELATING TO THE AHA MOKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

Amends various provisions related to the aha moku advisory committee, including oversight designation, reimbursement expenses, and budgetary requirements.  Appropriates funds to support the mission of the aha moku advisory committee.

RELATING TO HAWAIIAN TRADITIONAL AND CUSTOMARY PRACTICES.

Establishes a pilot project at Makua beach and Hawaii island to designate areas in public parks for planting and growing coconut trees for Hawaiian traditional and customary gathering practices.  Appropriates funds for the pilot project.

RELATING TO THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION.

Amends the membership of the commission on water resource management to add the chairperson of the Hawaiian homes commission or the chairperson's designee to serve as an ex officio voting member.
