RELATING TO DARK NIGHT SKIES PROTECTION. Establishes a Dark Night Skies Protection Advisory Committee to assist the University of Hawaii in developing a statewide dark night skies protection strategy. (HB427 HD2)

RELATING TO CORAL. Requires UH Environmental Center to conduct ongoing studies of the environmental impacts of sewage spills on affected coral reefs.
