RELATING TO CONTRACEPTIVE SUPPLIES. Authorizes pharmacists to prescribe and dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptive supplies to patients regardless of a previous prescription, subject to specified education and procedural requirements. Authorizes insurance reimbursement to pharmacists. (SB513 HD1)
