     Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred S.C.R. No. 169, S.D. 1, H.D. 1, entitled:

"SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE STATE TO MODERNIZE ITS DISASTER PREPAREDNESS PLANS,"

The purpose of this measure is to request the State to modernize its disaster preparedness plans.
