     Your Committee on Judiciary, to which was referred H.R. No. 56 entitled:

"house concurrent resolution REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON SURROGACY AND GESTATIONAL CARRIER AGREEMENTS,"

begs leave to report as follows:

The purpose of this measure is to request that the Department of the Attorney General to conduct a study on surrogacy and gestational carrier agreements.
