A BILL FOR AN ACT

RELATING TO WILDLIFE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  The department of land and natural resources shall take into consideration the conclusions and recommendations of the Kaua‘i Feral Cat Task Force when setting department policy regarding feral cats.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
