A BILL FOR AN ACT

relating to non-general funds.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

     SECTION 1.  Section 37-46, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by amending subsection (b) to read as follows:

     "(b)  The director of finance shall prepare an annual report to be submitted to the legislature [no] not later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session on [such] transfers made pursuant to subsection (a) for the preceding fiscal year."

     SECTION 2.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
