A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE THIRTY-SIXTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The director of finance is authorized to issue general obligation bonds in the sum of _____ or so much thereof as may be necessary, and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary is appropriated for fiscal year 2017-2018 for the purpose of capital improvement projects for the thirty-sixth representative district, as follows:
I. To be expended by the department of education:
1. Kipapa Elementary School, Oahu
A. Design and construction for the renovation of the cafeteria stage.

SECTION 2. The sums appropriated for the respective capital improvement projects set forth in section 1 shall be expended by the designed expending agency for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
