RELATING TO INDIGENOUS HAWAIIAN ARCHITECTURE. Requires each county to adopt ordinances to authorize indigenous native Hawaiian architectural practices and materials in the county's building code for agricultural lands that are to be used for farming operations, including farm worker housing. (SD1)
